Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are available for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect as per your order.
- Requests for refunds must be made within 25 days of receiving the product.
- To initiate a refund, proof of purchase (order number, receipt) and evidence of the issue (photos/videos) must be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
- Perishable goods, personalized items, and digital downloads.
- Products returned without prior authorization.
Refund Process
- Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 Days.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.
Partial Refunds
- Partial refunds may be granted for products returned in a used or incomplete condition, subject to 5% deduction.
Cancellation Policy

- Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted if the order is already processed.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
- The product is out of stock.
- There is an issue with payment processing.
- The shipping address is incomplete or unverifiable.
In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
