Ace Instruments AI-RHTm Temperature and Humidity Monitor provides continuous display of temperature and relative humidity in controlled hospital and pharmaceutical environments. A 0.8″ high-intensity 2-line LED display presents both parameters simultaneously, legible at distance and in low ambient light.
An integrated buzzer alarm is triggered on a limit violation in either parameter, with dedicated LED indicators. RS-485 MoDbus communication allows integration with BMS, SCADA and EMS platforms for centralised monitoring and record retention. ASHRAE 170 specifies temperature and relative humidity design ranges by hospital space type, while EU GMP Annex 1 requires temperature and humidity to be controlled at levels appropriate to the operations conducted. The AI-RHTm provides the in-room display and alarm function required to evidence and maintain those conditions.
The sensor is integrated into the stainless-steel front plate, eliminating remote probe wiring. The unit flush-mounts into modular wall panels or brick walls, presenting a smooth face suited to routine disinfection protocols.
