The Ace AI-CRM3-1-1 Pharma Clean Room Monitor is a combination display unit for temperature, RH and differential pressure with external sensors for temperature and humidity. It employs a remote temperature and humidity sensor, permitting the sensor to be installed within the classified area while the display unit is mounted externally.
A 0.8″ 3 line high-brightness LED display presents temperature, relative humidity and differential pressure. An integrated buzzer alarm is triggered upon a process limit violation in any of the three parameters, while dedicated LED indicators identify the specific parameter in violation, enabling immediate and appropriate corrective action.
The device is equipped with RS-485 communication, allowing integration with BMS, SCADA and EMS platforms for centralised monitoring, trending and record retention.
