Digital Oxygen Transmitter AI-O2-Tx is an online oxygen measurement and monitoring instrument designed for continuous measurement of oxygen concentration in industrial and process environments. Available in 0–25% Vol and 0–100% Vol measurement ranges, it uses a galvanic cell sensing technology that provides quick response without influence from CO₂. The wall-mounted IP65-rated ABS enclosure offers protection for use in demanding industrial locations, while the large 4-digit red LED display provides clear visibility of oxygen concentration. A standard 4–20 mA retransmission output enables continuous signal transmission to control and monitoring systems, while optional RS-485 Modbus communication allows integration with PLC, SCADA, and BMS platforms. The unit also incorporates a relay output and buzzer alarm for high and low oxygen limit violations, with a field-replaceable sensor module for simplified maintenance.
